An Introduction to Therapy and Wholehearted Living

Welcome to Your Path Toward Growth and Healing

Life can be challenging, and navigating those challenges often feels overwhelming. As a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I have been trained to help you uncover your inner strengths and build the tools needed to lead a more balanced, fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate and committed to meet your unique needs.

I specialize in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CREDO CBT-E (for Eating Disorders), Mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). These approaches empower you to manage stress, explore emotions, and make meaningful changes aligned with your values and goals.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, or want to change the way you cope with day to day life, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and grow. I have extensive experience helping people heal from past trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and chronic pain. I find it very rewarding to support people in various challenges such as high sensitivity, gender identity, career decisions and relationship struggles . Together, we’ll work toward creating a life where you can thrive—not just survive.

You don’t have to face this journey alone.

Even in a world where painful events are inevitable, and certain factors are out of our control, making changes to the way we relate to ourselves and our lives can pave the way to wholeness and healing.  Authenticity uncovers the Soul Story.

What does wholehearted living mean to you?

What is your Soul Story?
